World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
We choose the Most Beautiful Teenager 15-18 years old, the most beautiful adult 18-28 years old and Mister 17-27 years old who then participate in various international and foreign competitions, e.g. Miss Supertalent of the World, Queen of Poland or Foto Models Polnd.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us what inspired you to start or join your system?
I was at the competition in 2006 and saw that I could do one much better
World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us the founding story of the system.
My wife started in the Miss Polonia final in 1989 together with the later Miss World Aneta Kręglicka and 3 other finalists from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
She passed all stages of the competition and I think that was my inspiration
World Class Beauty Queens: What was the vision and the goal in the beginning while creating your pageant.
The beauty contest in the Świętokrzyskie region started in 2007 as "Miss Ziemi Świętokrzyskiej" and then transformed into Miss Województwa Świętokrzyskie.
World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us about yourself.
I am passionate about motoring and music and I am the organizer of a new fashion show competition for young designers, Kielce Young Fashion
World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us about your education. Technical school and higher education
World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you?
For me it is giving them the courage, opportunity and space to be themselves, to follow their dreams and make their own decisions.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your personal pageant history.
I was a juror in Miss competitions several times in the years 1999-2003.
In 2007 I organized the first edition of my competition. Then there were others, e.g. Miss Skarżyska-Kam, Miss Ostrowiec Św., Miss Jędrzejowa or Miss Sandomierz.
World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
My inspiration was the participation of my wife Beata in Miss competitions, where I got to know it from the first win in Kielce through the semi-finals, training camps, sessions and finally the final in the Forest Opera in Sopot broadcasted by television.
World Class Beauty Queens: Over the years what Country, state or city the competition took place and why?
My competition takes place in Poland in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us what was special about each years competition. Each edition of the Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship competition had its unique atmosphere and character. For example, the first edition was hosted by Marcin Prokop, a well-known TV star. Subsequent years saw one host throughout all editions, which makes the competition unique. It is the well-known and popular presenter and TV personality Conrado Moreno.
I will add that my idea was to organize an additional competition called Miss talent in the
competition for those misses who have a passion.
World Class Beauty Queens: What cultural significance has your pageant?
The Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship competition has great cultural significance because it combines tradition with modernity, promoting beauty, intelligence and social involvement of young women from the region. It emphasizes regional identity. It supports the local community and entrepreneurship. It creates space for young women to develop. It inspires - it shows that from a small town or village you can go to the national and international stage, being an ambassador not only of beauty, but also of values
World Class Beauty Queens: How long hours/days is the competition.
The competition lasts about 3 months. Rehearsal and training meetings are once a week, then the final gala lasts about 3.5 hours with a 20-minute break.
World Class Beauty Queens: Are contestants taken on any sight seeing during the competition?
The finalists of our competition take part in foreign competitions, including Queen of Poland, Foto Models Poland and Miss Supertalent of the World, which give them the opportunity to learn about other cultures and travel the world. The countries they have already been to are Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Turkey, Spain, France, Cyprus, the Canary Islands.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are the competitors being judged on during the competition?
The participants of the Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship competition are assessed based on several key criteria: stage presentation, beauty and general appearance, personality, intelligence and speaking skills, teamwork, and representative potential.
World Class Beauty Queens: How do you select your judges and who are they?
The jury consists of Miss and Misters from previous years, sponsors, media representatives and people associated with the competition.
World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of experience can contestants expect during the competition?
The participants of the Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship competition can expect many unique experiences that will stay with them for a long time - both on stage and personally. Collaboration with professionals: choreographers, stylists, make-up artists, photographers and trainers. The participants learn how to present themselves, improve their self-confidence, acquire public speaking and camera skills. Although it is a competition, there is a spirit of mutual support. Participation in the competition often opens the door to the world of fashion, advertising and even television.
World Class Beauty Queens: Do contestants have to support and volunteer for any cause or charity either before the competition or during their reign?
No, we do not have such rules in the competition that they have to cooperate with specific organizations. Such activities are ongoing, for example, help with a very well-known fundraising campaign or auctioning various items for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.
World Class Beauty Queens: Does the system have sponsors?
The competition does not have permanent sponsors. We are constantly looking for local companies with whom we can create this event.
World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us little bit about each winner from over the years and what they accomplished through out their reign.
The Contest has selected many talented women who achieved success both during their
reign and after their term. Here are some of them:
Kasia Pol - 2nd Runner-up of Miss Teen Poland 2012, the model won Fresh Faces Poland and currently an MA in Art / Interior Designer and Decorator.
Dominika Sornat - Miss 2013 - is an international model represented by agencies around the world, including The Source Models in Miami, BEST MODELS in Portugal, D Model Agency and True Models in Istanbul. Dominika has a rich portfolio, presenting her versatility in various styles and fashion projects. She has appeared in many fashion and advertising projects around the world, e.g. for Paprocki Brzozowski, Giorgio Armani and many others. Currently lives in the USA.
Aleksandra Zatorska 1st Runner-up of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in 2016. A year later, in 2017, she achieved another success, winning the title of Foto Models Poland 2017 in Crete
Karolina Skowerska - Miss 2019. In 2022, she was in the TOP 7 most beautiful women in the world in the Miss Supertalent Of The World competition in Dubai. Model, influencer, dancer, finalist of Foto Models Poland.
Klaudia Kowalczyk, 2nd Runner-up of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in 2020. In 2023 TOP 15 Miss Supertalent of the World. In 2025, Klaudia qualified for the semi-finals of the Queen of Poland 2025 competition
Wiktoria Wzorek, 4th Runner-up of Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021 Miss Foto and Miss Bikini. Then in 2021, on the Greek island of Rhodes, she won the main title of Foto Models Poland 2021. She works in the cosmetics industry.
Inga Perz, Miss Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021. In 2024, she represented Poland at the international Miss Supertalent of the World competition. Inga actively participates in photo shoots and fashion events, presenting her skills as a model.
Weronika Nowak, Miss Teenager of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021. In 2022, she achieved international success, winning the title of Miss Supertalent of the World 2022 during the competition in Paris. Finalist of Queen of Poland 2021.
Finalist of the Miss Poland 2024 competition.
* Daria Jaśkowska II Runner-up of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2022 and representative of POLAND in the final of Miss Supertalent of the World 2023 in Korea.
Natalia Partyka - Miss 2022 in 2024 in Spain Marabela won the title of Queen of Poland 2024 competition organized by Maxima Models in various corners of the world.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are some fun events you've done with your Queens?
We recorded a presentation in Miss T-shirts that went viral on Tik Tok and has 1.3 million views World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for your system in 2025 and beyond?
The competition in 2025 will be the 19th edition. We are preparing for the Jubilee 20th edition
of the competition in 2026.
World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind as the owner.
I would like to leave a legacy that would inspire young people to believe in themselves, develop their passions and be proud of being part of the Świętokrzyskie community.
