My passions extend beyond the pageant world; I am a fitness enthusiast who loves Reformer Pilates and cycling on my Peloton. Photography and traveling are also close to my heart, as they allow me to capture beautiful moments and experience different cultures. I believe that embracing our passions enriches our lives and inspires others to pursue their own dreams.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I’m curious about your education journey. What's it been like for you, any particular highlights or challenges?

I graduated from Catholic schools for both my elementary and high school education. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marygrove College, followed by a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Phoenix. I also pursued a Ph.D. in Psychology at Walden University, completing all courses except for my dissertation.

My educational journey has certainly had its challenges; I faced financial difficulties and time constraints that prevented me from completing my Ph.D. However, I celebrate the highlights along the way, such as completing my bachelor’s degree in just a year and a half in the USA and successfully obtaining my master’s degree. Even though I didn’t finish my Ph.D., I still consider it a significant achievement to have reached that level of education while balancing my responsibilities as a mother and a career woman. This journey has taught me resilience and the importance of perseverance.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Women's empowerment is such a key topic. What does it mean to you personally?

To me, women's empowerment means encouraging and uplifting women who are facing challenges. It’s about creating a supportive community where we can share our experiences, inspire one another, and lift each other up. Empowerment is not just about achieving personal success; it’s about using our voices to advocate for others and to create positive change in the world. I believe that when women support each other, we can overcome obstacles and realize our full potential. Let's empower each other to dream bigger and achieve greatness together!

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you get into pageants? What sparked your interest initially?

My journey into pageants began during my college years when I participated as Ms. Education. Although I didn’t win that first pageant, it ignited a spark within me. Life circumstances led me to put my pageant aspirations on hold, but the experience instilled a passion that would eventually guide my path. I realized that pageants could be a powerful platform for personal growth and empowerment, not just for myself but for others as well.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What motivated you to participate in your first pageant? Was there a defining moment?

Initially, I competed for beauty titles, but as I grew older, my motivations evolved. A defining moment for me was recognizing that pageants offer more than just crowns; they provide an opportunity to become a voice for women empowerment. I now compete not only to feel empowered myself but also to inspire and uplift women everywhere, showing them that they can make a positive impact in their lives and communities.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? What made it stand out for you?

I chose to compete for my current title because it allows me to use the platform to amplify my voice in advocating for women's empowerment. I want to encourage women to understand that age does not define their potential. Each of us has the ability to achieve our dreams and goals, regardless of where we are in life. This title represents hope and inspiration, and I am dedicated to spreading that message to women everywhere.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I'd love to know more about your pageant system. Could you explain what it’s all about?

My pageant system is inclusive and focuses on marital status, specifically for married women. It places a strong emphasis on social causes and cultural representation. The judging criteria involve personal interviews, public speaking skills, and the elegance displayed while walking the runway. Titleholders have the opportunity to compete for international representation, proudly representing their assigned region or country on a global stage. This system fosters a sense of community and encourages contestants to make a difference in the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you think sets your pageant director apart from others?

My pageant director, Shreyaa, is an incredible mentor who truly stands out. She provides guidance and support throughout the entire process, helping contestants like me navigate the challenges of pageantry with confidence. Her dedication to empowering women and fostering a positive environment makes her an exceptional leader. I am grateful for her mentorship, which inspires me to grow and shine in this journey.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: During competitions, what are the key things you're judged on?

In the Mrs. Universe competition, the key criteria for judging include interviews, social responsibility and advocacy, as well as elegance while walking the runway. These elements not only showcase our poise and confidence but also our commitment to making a positive impact in the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your competition experience been like? Any memorable moments or learnings?

My competition experience has been nothing short of exciting and inspiring. One of the most memorable moments was during the crowning and sashing ceremony. It was a powerful reminder of the hard work and dedication that goes into this journey, as well as the incredible connections made with fellow competitors who share the same passion for advocacy and empowerment.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Would you recommend your pageant system to others? If so, why?

Absolutely, I highly recommend the pageant system because it offers a unique platform to compete and represent your region or country on an international stage. The Mrs. Universe pageant places a strong emphasis on social causes, focusing on women's empowerment, inclusion, and diversity. For me, this embodies the true essence of being a Beauty Queen—using our voices and platforms to effect meaningful change in the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell me about your advocacy or volunteer work. What causes are you passionate about?

I am deeply passionate about women's empowerment, particularly in supporting those who are struggling mentally or facing challenges in life. I offer my assistance quietly and privately, helping as many individuals as I can without seeking recognition. Additionally, I run a training consultancy firm for early childhood educators, where I have dedicated my efforts to helping individuals complete their Child Development Associate certification through one-on-one intensive training. It brings me immense joy to see some of them thriving as they teach in elementary schools and pursue their bachelor's degrees. Together, we are creating a brighter future, one empowered woman at a time.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: With your title, what kinds of appearances or activities have you been involved in?

Since winning my title Mrs. Universe Asia- USA 2025, I have been featured in multiple magazines. I have had the honor of hosting a talk show entitled "Women Empowerment," where I interview women from diverse backgrounds who have made a positive impact in the lives of others. These experiences have allowed me to amplify voices and stories that inspire change and uplift women everywhere.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share some of your achievements, both in and outside of pageantry?

As an international fashion model, I have had the privilege of walking in numerous prestigious fashion shows, including those in Paris, Milan, London, New York, and Los Angeles, as well as the Aberdeen fashion show. My work has also been featured in various editorial magazines. Beyond pageantry, I established my own training and consulting business for childcare providers, where I focus on building quality childcare environments, training teachers, and promoting health and safety through quality educational curricula. Each achievement reflects my commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and educators alike.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: In such a competitive field, what do you think makes you stand out?

What truly makes me stand out is my authenticity. Being true to myself allows me to shine brightly in any room, radiating confidence and positivity without needing to seek validation. I believe that embracing one's uniqueness is the key to inspiring others and making a lasting impact.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I can only imagine how it feels to win. What was going through your mind when your name was announced as the winner?

It felt surreal—like a dream come true. Standing there, receiving my crown and sash, I was overwhelmed with disbelief and gratitude. It was an unforgettable moment that reaffirmed my belief in hard work, perseverance, and the power of dreams.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does being a Beauty Queen mean to you?

For me, being a Beauty Queen goes beyond just wearing a crown; it embodies a commitment to social causes, particularly women’s empowerment, inclusion, and diversity. The main focus of the Mrs. Universe pageant reflects these values, and I believe that true beauty lies in our ability to uplift and support one another in our journeys.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants impacted your life?

Pageants have opened numerous doors for me, leading to features in multiple editorial magazines, exciting brand collaborations, and the opportunity to host a television talk show. These experiences have enriched my life and allowed me to amplify my voice and the voices of others.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants influenced your self-esteem and body image?

Participating in pageants has positively impacted my self-esteem and body image. I have always valued my self-worth and focused on embracing who I am. This journey has reinforced my belief in being fully confident in my body and my skin. Pageants have been a platform for me to celebrate my identity and inspire others to do the same, reminding me that true confidence comes from within.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You’re an inspiration to many. How does that feel, and what message do you want to share with others?

It is incredibly fulfilling to know that I am an inspiration to many. Regardless of my title, I strive to empower women through fitness, self-acceptance, and the courage to express their authentic selves. My message is clear: be proud of who you are and show up for yourself. Focus on doing things that add value to your life, career, and future success. You don’t need to impress anyone else; instead, set goals for yourself and pursue what makes you shine. Love what you do, and let that passion illuminate your path.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your strategy for captivating the judges on stage?

My strategy for captivating the judges on stage is simple: be true to yourself and embrace your authenticity. When you present your genuine self, it creates a powerful connection with the judges and allows your inner beauty to shine through.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you prepare for competitions? Any specific routines or practices?

Preparation is key to success, and discipline plays a crucial role in my routine. I wake up between 4:45 and 5:00 AM almost every day to attend my reformer Pilates class. I also practice my walk in my Jojo Bragais shoes, focusing on maintaining proper posture and a balanced, healthy diet. Consistency in these practices helps me feel confident and ready for competition.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Got any tips for nailing the perfect pageant walk?

Absolutely! Practice is essential, and I make it a point to practice my walk every day. I also follow inspirational Instagram models and pageant icons to learn from their techniques and styles. Observing their movements helps me refine my own walk and adds flair to my presentation.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Choosing the right pageant dress can be crucial. What are your tips for making the best choice?

When selecting a pageant dress, it's important to choose a style that complements your body shape and enhances your natural beauty. I always consider how a dress fits and looks on me, as well as its color. The right dress should make you feel confident and radiant, so trust your instincts and choose what makes you feel your best.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Interview rounds can be tricky. What are your strategies for a winning interview?

During the interview, my main strategy is to stay focused and truly listen to the questions being asked. I make a conscious effort to set aside any feelings of nervousness and tune out distractions around me. By concentrating on the questions and responding thoughtfully, I can present my best self and convey my passion and commitment.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Looking back, is there a moment in a competition you wish you could redo?

Reflecting on my competition experiences, I realize there were moments when I let worries consume me—focusing on minor concerns that ultimately did not matter. Now, I see that those worries were insignificant compared to the larger challenges we all face in life. If I could redo those moments, I would remind myself to embrace the journey and let go of the pressures that don't define my worth.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What common mistakes do you see others making in contests?

One common mistake I observe among contestants is their tendency to fixate on small details that can detract from their overall performance. Many forget to be true to themselves, which is essential for connecting with the judges and the audience. Authenticity shines brighter than perfection, and it's crucial to embrace who you are throughout the competition.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Do you have any experience in modeling or acting?

Yes, I have experience in both modeling and acting. As I mentioned earlier, I participated of walking in multiple prestigious fashion shows, including those in Paris, Milan, London, New York, and Los Angeles Fashion Week. These experiences have enriched my journey and taught me the importance of confidence and self-expression.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans or goals for the upcoming year as a Queen?

In the upcoming year, I plan to continue my mission of interviewing and empowering women from all walks of life. I want to highlight their inspiring stories and showcase how they make a positive impact in the lives of others. Together, we can uplift and inspire ordinary women to realize their extraordinary

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Finally, what kind of legacy do you hope to leave behind?

The legacy I aspire to leave through this pageant is to be a strong voice for women's empowerment, making a positive impact on the lives of ordinary people through my advocacy. I hope that my message resonates with those who can hear it and serves as a voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves. I envision my legacy fostering change in women's career choices, advocating for equal pay and treatment, and reshaping the image of women around the world.

My message is clear: women should never allow themselves to be defined by societal limitations. They can make a positive impact and achieve their goals, regardless of their age or circumstances. Most importantly, this legacy is for my daughter, to show her the true meaning of being a woman—empowered, fierce, and unafraid. She can conquer any challenge and inspire others to do the same.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine would like to say thank you for this wonderful interview.
