I am a loving, kind person, who is loyal, magnetic, determined, and always thankful and grateful for all that I have. I was born and raised in Southern California after my parents immigrated from Canada. I was one of the original Los Angeles Rams NFL cheerleaders which enabled me to participate in many charities in and around Los Angeles. I traveled to Japan representing the United States competing in karate as a 2nd degree black belt. I was a finalist for the International Muscle & Fitness "HERS MAGAZINE” contest (35,000 entrants). In college, I was selected as the University of Utah's Engineering Queen. In my 35 years as a ski instructor, nothing has been more rewarding than to see one achieve what they never believed they could accomplish, I never give up and have overcome most of my obstacles. Most importantly, I am a loving mother to two wonderful sons. I was chosen the 2022 Elite North America Queen. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Please tell us about your education. I completed 3 years of college; I am a Level-3 Fully Certified ski instructor; and a Certified Cellular Health Coach. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What does women Empowerment mean to you? Accepting women’s views to help raise awareness and respect to their views. Being strong and confident in their beliefs, to be heard. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history. One and done. First pageant, it’s never too late! World Class American Royalty Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant? My good friend, Tina, encouraged me to enter the pageant telling me I would meet incredible women and grow to be a better person. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? I had never done anything like this before. World Class American Royalty Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? It’s about empowering women to believe in themselves, instill confidence and love of self in this competitive world. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What makes your director different from others? She is the first one I met. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition? Beauty, poise, fitness, confidence, personality, interview, swimsuit, and evening gown. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition. Loved all the girls, didn’t care who won, loved them all! World Class American Royalty Magazine: Who would you recommend your system to? Anyone needing to believe in themselves and improve their self-confidence. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. Helping all veterans and military people, raising items for overseas soldiers, teaching health and fitness to all ages, to convince them to believe in themselves and be the best they can be. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title? Sock drive for soldiers, grand openings of wellness centers, animal rescue, clothing drives for homeless teens, toys for children, visiting and encouraging speech to old folks’ homes, Memorial Day celebration honoring our police and fallen soldiers. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are some of your achievements? Second degree Black Belt in karate, competing twice in Tokyo, Japan representing the US, NFL RAMS Cheerleader, 2022 Elite North America Beauty Queen, top finalist (4th place) in muscle and fitness Hers Magazine International fitness competition, fully certified Level-3 ski instructor, University of Utah Engineering Queen, Fitness trainer. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? An inner glow of love, honesty, and happiness and gratefulness, and a true joy of life! World Class American Royalty Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. At first, I thought the first runner up had won. Then, when I realize I had won, I was shocked, but incredibly touched and happy. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? To show the world the true beauty, poise and grace of what a woman should be, inside and out. World Class American Royalty Magazine: How did competing in pageants helped your life? I learned how many wonderful, caring people are in the world and it gave me the confidence to share my platform and have people listen to and respect my passions, to learn one can overcome anything. World Class American Royalty Magazine: How did pageants helped your self-esteem and body image? I was proud of how healthy and fit I keep myself. World Class American Royalty Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? Glorious! Greatest gift is to see someone else’s successes. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What is your on-stage strategy to win the judges over? Be your complete honest self and have fun! World Class American Royalty Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition? I just did what I always do: eat right, workout, and be happy! World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? Practice and relax. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Whatever makes you feel like a princess. To glow inside with fire, passion, comfort and confidence. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview? Confidence, honesty. Laughter. Relaxation. Be yourself, World Class American Royalty Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? I felt good about everything. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? Stiffness, not smiling enough, looking bored, scared, no confidence, posture. World Class American Royalty Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience? My whole life: commercials, movies, voice-overs, print work. Performing in play. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What are your plans for 2023 as a Queen? I just finished a wonderful reign. I will continue my work helping our veterans and military. World Class American Royalty Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? In spite of some obstacles, I persevered and accomplished my goals. We can do anything we put our minds to. Also, to never give up and to be joyful and thankful every day.
