I was born in Poland, in the city of Tarnów, and grew up in a small village called Świebodzin before moving to the United States when I was 11 years old. I love going on long walks and expressing myself through art, whether it’s through oil painting or dancing. I also have a passion for working with kids, which is why I teach dance in the evenings to children aged 4 to 16. I enjoy spending time with people, connecting with them, and learning about their cultures and traditions. Whenever I can, I love to help, volunteer, and stay involved in my community.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I’m curious about your education journey. What's it been like for you, any particular highlights or challenges?

As a first-generation student, my education is extremely important to me. I am currently pursuing a business-related degree, which I hope will equip me with the skills to make the world a better place; whether that’s through international leadership, advocacy, or law. My journey has been challenging but rewarding, and I’m determined to use my education as a tool to create positive change.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Women's empowerment is such a key topic. What does it mean to you personally?

For me, women’s empowerment is about embracing our strengths, lifting each other up, and carving out spaces where our voices are heard. It means recognizing the unique power we hold and using it to inspire change.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you get into pageants? What sparked your interest initially?

My journey started with a love for celebrating my culture. The Queen of May 3rd Parade Pageant stood out because it wasn’t just about beauty; it was about embracing heritage, community, and personal growth. I saw it as a platform to represent my roots, connect with inspiring women, and challenge myself in new ways.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What motivated you to participate in your first pageant? Was there a defining moment?

There wasn’t a specific defining moment. I’ve always been passionate about my Polish Heritage and wanted to challenge myself and try something new. I was always afraid of public speaking, and this pageant was all about stepping out of my comfort zone. It pushed me to face my fears and helped me grow as a person.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? What made it stand out for you?

The Queen of May 3rd Parade pageant is a beautiful celebration of Polish heritage and pride. Competing for this title was my way of honoring my roots while embracing the community that welcomed me when I moved to the United States. It was more than just a pageant, it was a chance to represent my culture and share it with others and I am so thankful for receiving The First Runner Up title.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I'd love to know more about your pageant system. Could you explain what it’s all about?

The Queen of the May 3rd Parade pageant is a celebration of Polish heritage, elegance, and leadership. It is named after the May 3rd Parade, an annual event in Chicago that honors the signing of Poland’s Constitution, one of the most significant milestones in Polish history, symbolizing freedom and democracy. This pageant stands out because it is not just about beauty; it is about cultural pride, confidence, and the ability to represent the Polish community with dignity and grace.

Each year, contestants take part in a grand gala held in March, where they showcase their poise, public speaking skills, and talent. The evening begins with the traditional Polonez, a historic Polish dance performed in wedding dresses. The competition also includes self introductions, a Q&A session, talent presentations, and a final question that truly allows contestants to express their personality and intellect. There are five titles awarded: Queen of the Parade, First Runner-Up, and Second Runner-Up, chosen by a panel of distinguished judges, as well as Miss Foto, selected by photographers, and Miss Congeniality, voted on by the public. What makes this pageant even more special is that the winners receive scholarships to support their education and professional aspirations. Beyond the competition itself, titleholders have the opportunity to represent the Polish-American community throughout the year, attending cultural events, networking with influential figures, and inspiring young women to embrace their heritage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you think sets your pageant director apart from others?

Director Mrs. Ewa Ruminski and Vice Director Ms. Monica Lebensztejn are the heart of the Queen of the May 3rd Parade pageant. What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to empowering Polish women. They don’t just run a pageant; they mentor, uplift, and guide us long after the competition is over. Their dedication is evident in the way they encourage each contestant to reach their full potential; whether in their careers, education, or personal growth. Their passion for fostering confidence and leadership in each of us has had a lasting impact. They have built a system that is not only elegant and prestigious but also deeply meaningful. Their leadership extends beyond the stage, shaping us into strong, ambitious women who are proud of our heritage and excited for the future.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: During competitions, what are the key things you're judged on?

The Queen of the May 3rd Parade pageant is about much more than appearance. Contestants are judged on their poise, confidence, ability to speak articulately, and connection to Polish culture. The judges look for a well-rounded representative who embodies grace, intelligence, and leadership. From the moment we step onto the stage, we are evaluated on how we carry ourselves, how we present our thoughts during the Q&A segment, and how we engage with the audience. Most importantly, they look for a young woman who can proudly represent the Polish-American community with both confidence and humility.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your competition experience been like? Any memorable moments or learnings?

Competing in the Queen of the May 3rd Parade pageant has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. One of the most memorable moments for me was performing the Polonez in a wedding dress. It was a surreal experience that connected me to generations of Polish women before me. However, what I most importantly remember and hold close to my heart is the incredible support the girls provided to each other behind the stage. Seeing everyone lift each other up, whether it was helping with last-minute dress adjustments, offering words of encouragement before stepping on stage, or simply sharing in the excitement of the moment, made the experience truly special.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Would you recommend your pageant system to others? If so, why?

Absolutely! If you have Polish heritage and want to connect with your culture, develop confidence, and gain leadership experience, this pageant is an incredible opportunity. The Queen of the May 3rd Parade pageant is not just a competition, it’s a platform that opens doors to networking and cultural representation. It is a unique opportunity to celebrate both personal growth and Polish traditions.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell me about your advocacy or volunteer work. What causes are you passionate about?

I am deeply passionate about women’s empowerment, leadership, and preserving my Polish heritage. Alongside the organizers and titleholders of the Queen of the May 3rd Parade, we organized the Women for Women Conference, which uplifted many. Beyond pageantry, I love making a difference in any way I can. I have volunteered at Feed My Starving Children Foundation and senior living facilities, where I saw firsthand how small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. I am also passionate about education and hope to dedicate my time in the future to supporting first-generation students, like myself, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to succeed in their academic and professional journeys. Advocacy for women, education, and cultural representation is something I started throughout my reign and will continue to pursue.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: With your title, what kinds of appearances or activities have you been involved in?

Holding this title has given me the privilege to represent the Polish-American community at incredible events, including the May 3rd Parade, galas, fundraisers, and cultural celebrations. These experiences have allowed me to embrace my heritage while connecting with leaders who share a passion for preserving our traditions. One of my favorite activities, aside from attending events celebrating our culture and history, was visiting daycares and reading books to children, as well as speaking at Polish schools about my title. I loved inspiring young members of the Polish community to continue their education and strive to become future leaders. Seeing their eyes light up when they realized they, too, could achieve great things reminded me why representation and mentorship matter.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share some of your achievements, both in and outside of pageantry?

Outside of pageantry, one of my proudest accomplishments is being a part time dance teacher. It has allowed me to be a mentor, a shoulder to cry on, and someone my students can look up to. Inside of pageantry, my greatest achievement was overcoming my fear of public speaking. It was a breakthrough moment during the competition, and since then, I’ve had the confidence to speak at Polish schools, on the radio, and on Polish TV, strengthening my voice as a young leader.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: In such a competitive field, what do you think makes you stand out?

I believe what makes me stand out is authenticity, drive, and a deep commitment to making a difference. I don’t strive for perfection, but rather for personal growth and the ability to impact others positively.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I can only imagine how it feels to win. What was going through your mind when your name was announced as the winner?

The moment my name was announced as First Lady of the Court, I felt an overwhelming wave of gratitude, excitement, and disbelief. Most of all, I felt honored to represent the Polish-American community. Winning wasn’t just about the title; it was about the responsibility that came with it—the chance to inspire others, embrace my culture, and grow as a leader and be able to give back.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does being a Beauty Queen mean to you?

Being a Beauty Queen is not about the crown or the sash, it’s about the responsibility that comes with the title. It means being a role model, using your voice to uplift others, and carrying yourself with grace and kindness. A true titleholder is someone who leads with her heart, embraces challenges, and represents something greater than herself. It’s not about perfection; embracing who you are while constantly striving to become the best version of yourself.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants impacted your life?

Pageants have changed my life in ways I never expected. They have given me confidence, a platform, and opportunities to connect with inspiring women and leaders. Competing pushed me out of my comfort zone, challenged me to grow, and helped me discover strengths I didn’t even know I had.

Most importantly, pageantry has taught me the power of sisterhood and teamwork. The support, encouragement, and friendships I have gained through this experience mean the world to me. It’s a journey of self-discovery, and I am incredibly grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every beautiful moment that has shaped me along the way.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants influenced your self-esteem and body image?

Pageantry has helped me appreciate myself beyond just appearances. It has taught me that confidence comes from within; how you carry yourself and especially how you treat others. There is no single definition of beauty, and I have learned that what truly makes someone stand out is their energy, kindness, and passion.

Of course, like many women, I have had moments of self-doubt. But pageants have shown me that beauty is not about being the tallest or the thinnest—it’s about feeling your best, and radiating confidence. Now, I focus on being strong, healthy, and happy, rather than chasing an unrealistic standard.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You’re an inspiration to many. How does that feel, and what message do you want to share with others?

It is incredibly humbling to know that I can inspire others, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I want people to know that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. Life will always have challenges, but those challenges are what shape us. My message is simple: Believe in yourself, even when no one else does. Stay kind, work hard, and never let fear stop you from going after your dreams. Every single person has something valuable to offer the world, and when you embrace your strengths and step into your power, you can create something truly beautiful.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your strategy for captivating the judges on stage?

For me, it’s about being present in the moment and letting my energy shine. The judges can feel when someone is being genuine, so I focus on carrying myself with confidence, grace, and warmth. I remind myself to enjoy the experience, to breathe, and to connect with the audience. More than anything, I make sure to speak from the heart, and let my passion be seen. When you are truly comfortable in your own skin and believe in yourself, that confidence is contagious.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you prepare for competitions? Any specific routines or practices?

Preparation is just as much mental as it is physical. Of course, I practice my walk, refine my speaking skills, but I also focus on my mindset. I take time to reflect on my “why”—why I’m competing, what I stand for, and how I can best represent my values. Prayer and visualization help me stay grounded, and I make sure to surround myself with positive, supportive people who uplift me throughout the journey.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Got any tips for nailing the perfect pageant walk?

Let your personality shine through your walk! Whether it’s a soft elegance or a powerful stride, your walk should reflect who you are. And of course, practice! Walking in heels takes time, so rehearsal is key to making it look effortless.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Choosing the right pageant dress can be crucial. What are your tips for making the best choice?

The right dress should make you feel like the best version of yourself! It’s not always about trends; it’s about what makes you feel beautiful. I believe in choosing a dress that allows your confidence to shine through.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Interview rounds can be tricky. What are your strategies for a winning interview?

The key is being genuine and preparing yourself. Be authentic, passionate, and confident, but most importantly, speak from the heart.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Looking back, is there a moment in a competition you wish you could redo?

Every experience teaches us something, and while there are small things I could have done differently, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. If I had to redo a moment, it would be to fully embrace every second on stage without overthinking.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What common mistakes do you see others making in contests?

Everyone is focused on performing their best, and rather than looking at each other’s flaws, we embrace the uniqueness of the journey. Pageantry is about growth, and every step, whether perfect or not, is a part of that process. So, no I don’t think there were any common mistakes other girls made.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Do you have any experience in modeling or acting?

Not professionally, but I have modeled for my friends’ small boutiques and participated in a few marketing campaigns. I am always open to new opportunities and can’t wait to see what the future brings!

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans or goals for the upcoming year as a Queen?

My term ends in March 2025, but I plan to stay involved in the Polish community, continuing to work with youth and making small changes that create a lasting positive impact.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Finally, what kind of legacy do you hope to leave behind?

This year has made me realize the kind of leader I want to be—one who leads with a big heart while embracing my culture and Polish heritage. I hope to inspire future generations of Polish-American women to get involved in the Polish community, take on leadership roles, and find ways to give back. More than anything, I want to encourage young women to take pride in who they are and where they come from. Our Polish culture is something truly beautiful; our traditions, our history, and even our language are treasures worth preserving. I hope to continue cultivating that sense of cultural identity so that it is passed down for generations to come. More than any title or achievement, I want to be remembered for the way I made people feel; encouraged, empowered, and proud of their roots.
