I am a very routine person but spontaneously at the same time. I practice a fitness lifestyle especially growing up as a competitive athlete I enjoy the workout and the adrenaline I get out of it. I love simple activities like eating ice cream while watching the sunset. World Class Petite Models Magazine: What made you decide to become a Model?
I never plan to be a model but as an athlete I was chosen to model for sports products and as a dance artist I was invited to become a model for bellydance costumes. When I joined the beauty pageant it gave more opportunities to do runway and more photoshoots and magazine features.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: How were you discovered? I was discovered through my bellydancing shows and joining the beauty pageant as well. And I get referral from other friends in the modeling and entertainment agency. World Class Petite Models Magazine: Please tell us about your modeling experience. Fashion shows are pretty fun but the call time are super early as 7:00 AM and the shows starts at 5:00 pm. But I always have fun listening to other models in the fashion show. Recently I got the privilege to be in the cover of World Class Beauty Queen and World Class Queens of Asia last May. World Class Petite Models Magazine: Which fashion shows have you modeled in? I have the opportunity to model for the Virgelia Production Haute Couture in the Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles and walked for 3 different designers such as Shail K, another High Fashion Hong Kong designer, “Manshaa” Indian Couture designer have the opportunity to wear Indian Bridal. I have the privilege to walk on the runway for the Hollywood Global Film Festival in 2020. I also walk for couple designers for Oscar Night Gala this 2020. I got to model for a Moroccan Designer, Asmaa of Heavenly Kaftans for Newport Beach Fashion Show. I also modeled for carnival costumes for a Trinidad and Tobago designer for their band for Hollywood Carnival. I modeled for Bellydance.com for their online catalog product shoot.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: Which designers did you walked for? I have the privilege to walk for Kenneth Barlis, his one of the youngest designer for LA Fashion week and New York Fashion Week. It was fun to wear couture pieces that have been up to the big stage.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: Who would you like to model for next?
I would like to model for bigger fitness brand such Lululemon or Nike. And I’m very ready to get published as a fitness model in a sports magazine. World Class Petite Models Magazine: Have you done any commercials or ads?
I’m hoping to do a commercial shoot hi soon it’s just juggling with my business it’s hard to be on set. Class Petite Models Magazine: Why do you like to model?
I was bullied in my elementary and highschool years l'm saying that I don’t have the abilities to become a model. Eventually I learned to appreciate the artistic space and the experience representing the pieces of creation. World Class Petite Models Magazine: What is your favorite style of modeling?
I have couple favorite style of modeling one is cultural couI love the whole experience of wearing art pieces from different countries. But fitness modeling is close to my heart, growing up as an athlete and having my own fitness company it’s a great way to inspire my students and people as well to follow your dream. World Class Petite Models Magazine: Tell us about the photoshoots you are submitting. I’m submitting a combination of a fitness-glam photoshoot I want to showcase a correlation that fitness helps a lot in having a great stamina for long photoshoots.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: What other important modeling photoshoots have you done.
One special photoshoot I did is for the souvenir for US Military Soldiers for their care packages, it super dear to me to be part of it.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: What is your biggest asset as a model?
My biggest asset would be my attitude and professionalism. Setting my mind on super focus even if I have a migraine on set. World Class Petite Models Magazine: Who is your favorite model and why?
One of my favorite model of all time is Cindy Crawford because I love her elegance and charisma.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: Do you have a favorite designer?
I always love the eloquent and detail design of Channel and Versace. World Class Petite Models Magazine: What qualities do you look for in a photographer when you want to work with one?
I love working with photographers that have deep passion and respect for their craft and other artist and models. World Class Petite Models Magazine: What would you like to accomplish as a model in 2021. For 2021 my goal is to publish in bigger magazine and get bigger contracts to help out my charity both here in USA and in the Philippines.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: What are some obstacles you encountered as a petite model and did you overcame them.
My obstacles are more a internal dueling and about my own insecurities about not being good enough. And finally with constant praying and meditation I overcome those fears and insecurities. World Class Petite Models Magazine: You are also a Beauty Queen tell us about it. I represented the Philippines for Miss Asia USA 2019 -2020 here in Los Angeles, California and in God’s grace I won the title and garnered 6 more awards in the competition such as Best In Swimsuit , Best in Evening Gown, Miss Congeniality, Miss Friendship, Miss Popularity, and People’s Choice Award.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: Do you volunteer for any cause?
I’m currently involved in Church and School building in the mountainous area of the Southern Philippines for children. I’m also involved in various charities such as The Lighthouse Foundation for the Women who are victims of domestic violence , Abuse and abandonment.
World Class Petite Models: What would you tell petite girls who are intimidated to start their modeling journey?
I would advice young girls to focus on believing on themselves and always open their hearts and mind for professional advice.
World Class Petite Models Magazine: What legacy as a Model do you want to leave behind. As a model I want to remind everyone to be honest and aligned themselves in reaching out their dreams that doesn’t hurt their soul.
